Shipping policy

Got a question about shipping costs, delivery times or other postage-related issues? Here's a few common questions, but please get in touch if you need something else.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

For bunji loops and buttons, awning pull hooks, pulleys and other smaller hardware items, we aim to ship orders within 2 working days of receiving your order. This may be impacted by stock-take which is generally conducted at the start of every month. Australia Post is used for most small hardware orders. 

Express shipping for smaller hardware items will be despatched either same day or next day depending on when the order is received. An express post service will be used accordingly. 

Tonneau Covers and Rubber Mats are made to order and are not kept in stock. They generally take 2-5 working days to manufacture and are then shipped ex Melbourne by courier. Shipping is 2-8 days depending on your location.  

Canvas Canopies are made to order and are not kept in stock. They generally take 8-12 working days to manufacture and are then shipped ex Melbourne by courier. Shipping is 2-8 days depending on your location.  

HSP Roller Covers, Loadslides, Tailgate Locking Kits and Tailgate Strut Kits can take 4-6 days for despatch and 2-8 days for delivery depending on your location.

IS CLICK AND COLLECT AVAILABLE?

Yes, click and collect is available for bunji loops and buttons, awning pull hooks, pulleys and other smaller hardware items.

For products that feature Free Shipping (such as Rubber Mats, Tonneau Covers, Canvas Canopies, Roller Covers, etc), Click and Collect can be arranged however it'll take the same amount of time as a standard delivery. 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Yes, for most items. We know Australians are spread far and wide, and don't always have access to a letter box. We rely on Australia Post to get your order to you, where ever you are.

However, our Tonneau Ute Covers and Rubber Mats are shipped with couriers, and therefore can't be sent to PO Boxes.

Roller Covers and Loadslides can only be delivered to fork lift accessible sites such as businesses, loading docks or dealerships. Delivery can be organised for collection from depots of the relevant carrier. 

WHEN DO I GET TRACKING?

All orders will include a tracking number. Smaller hardware orders will have tracking pushed through within a couple of days, where Tonneau Covers, Rubber Mats and other larger items will be sent through once production has finished and the goods are ready for despatch. 

DELIVERY

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

By default goods will be sent with "Authority to Leave". This means that if no one is available to sign for a delivery the courier will leave the parcel at the premises if deemed reasonably secure. If you do not wish for the parcel to be left without being signed for you must indicate this clearly in the order comments. Parcels returned to us as unclaimed are subject to additional postage charges for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Unsigned delivery is available for most of our product range. Some products may not be eligible for unsigned delivery and if this is the case our Customer Service team will advise you by email and / or phone.

We take great care with packing and dispatching our orders, however occasionally accidents or errors do happen. Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 7 days of your parcel being received. Missing Parts or damaged parts will be supplied free of charge within 30 calendar days of SupplyWorks being notified.

Faulty products may be returned for a full refund providing we are unable to supply missing parts within 30 calendar days of SupplyWorks being notified.

RETURNS/CHANGE OF MIND

You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it or was delivered to your specified delivery address. This can be extended providing you contact us to discuss the matter. 

To be eligible for a return or change of mind, your product/order/item must be unopened, unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

You will need to provide your order number, receipt or proof of purchase.

You'll be responsible for paying for your own postage charges and fees for returning your item, please provide tracking information when available. These postage charges are not refundable, nor are the original postage and handling charges on the initial order. Note: A restocking fee will need to be charged for any items that feature Free Shipping. 

It's important to note that any transit damage incurred when the goods are being returned back to SupplyWorks are the responsibility of the sender. This will result in the refund being reduced to allow for the inability to resell the returned goods. It's worth taking a photo of your return so it can be compared once received.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed immediately.

You’ll be refunded on your original payment method, this may take 3-6 working days for the funds to clear from the online store to your bank, Pay-Pal or credit card company.
